Annapurna Circuit Trek Standard 14 Days, get on a fantastic Annapurna Circuit Trek which takes us around the whole Annapurna massif success the high point at Thorong La Pass 5,416m. We will drive through the world's deepest Kali Gandaki gorge with Annapurna I rising to 8091m to the east and Dhaulagiri hanging at 8167m to the west then trek to the fabulous mountain views from Poon Hill and discover the various Annapurna regions, our trek end at Ulleri then drive back to Pokhara explore city and back to Kathmandu. Additionally, Annapurna Circuit Trek also takes us to Manang, Jomsom and the Muktinath region which again gets us acquainted with the diverse Nepalese landscape and culture.

Eco Tourism Adventure Pvt. Ltd provides two kinds of accommodation during Annapurna Circuit Trek Standard 14 Days. At Kathmandu, we provide three star hotel rooms with breakfast twin sharing base. During the trek, we provide nice lodge or guest house room with common toilet and bath twin sharing base. If you need a Single room we will charge extra $145 (Kathmandu and trek) but high season not so easy to get single room on the way Annapurna Circuit Trek.

Food:

Annapurna Circuit Trek Standard 14 Days, Eco Tourism Adventure Pvt. Ltd provides different kind of food like Nepali, Continental and Indian with one cup of tea and coffee. We provide welcome dinner Nepali cousin with Nepali culture dance and farewell dinner at K2 steak house (best steak in Kathmandu). Breakfast Kathmandu hotel provide a lot of items you can choose yourself and other guest house you can choose one items in the menu with cup of tea and coffee. 

Physical Requirements:

Eco Tourism Adventure Pvt. Ltd, Annapurna Circuit Trek Standard 14 Days is moderate trek basically hikers have to hike per day 5 to 6 hours with daypack except some days are longer hour than 8 to 9. High altitude hike anyway need energy and experience, we have two days acclimatization day Manang that absolutely help for your altitude fitness, have a positive attitude, self-confidence and physically powerful determination, we can achieve the trek successfully. If Around month jogging regularly before this trip is a great idea to improve our power and performance. Past hiking experience would be a great advantage but no technical skill is required for this trip but if you already been for glacier hike that great help for this trip. Before booking this trip it is a great idea to consult with your doctor and if you have any disease better inform us. 

Best Time to Travel:

We have two best seasons in the year like autumn and spring, Autumn best month is mid September to mid December and spring best month is mid February to May this two seasons are the best seasons for this trek because of the weather is fine and warm with perfect views but the nights are chilly and can drop to freezing level in higher altitude. Winter season is also good for Annapurna Circuit Trek the only problem is cold and lot of snow at pass. Trekking in summer season will be affected by rain but the summer trek could. The trekking routes are not crowded like a spring and autumn.

Day: 01: Arrival in Kathmandu 1,330m
Arrival at the Airport in Kathmandu, we will be greeted by a representative from Eco Tourism Adventure Pvt. Ltd. will take your hotel. Today the trek leader will check our equipment to make sure for one last time to get us ready for our adventure. This step will also ensure that if any equipment is found faulty we have the rest of the day to fix it or find equipment that works. After checking in the evening there will be a welcome dinner in a Nepali Restaurant where we will be able to enjoy authentic Nepali cuisine. Hotel Overnight. Included meal: (D).

Day 02: Drive to Beshishar 800m. 6-7 hours.

Begin wonderful Annapurna Circuit trekking 14 days with an interesting drive towards Nepal mid west, leading to Beshishar town (headquarter of Lamjung district), via Pokhara highway. Lodge Overnight. Included meal: (B,L,D).

Day 03: Drive to Chame 2710m. 6-7 hours.

Drive on dirt road passing villages of Khudi, Bulbule ,Ngadi, Syange, Jagat, Chamje, Dharapani, Bagarchap and Timang (village with more Buddhist cultured village including views of Mt. Manaslu 8163m),  following the Marshyangdi River upstream, from Timang village half hours drive leads to Koto and then to Chame town (head quarter of the Manang district). Lodge Overnight. Included meal: (B,L,D).

Day 04: Trek to Upper Pisang 3300 m 5-6 hours.

Upper Pisang beyond walk leads close to mountains all the way through alpine forests following Marshyangdi River upstream with short up and down landscape to Bhratang village, where largest apple garden in Nepal. After Bhratang village walk follows ascending through alpine forest to Dhukure Pokhari a little place with a small amount of teahouses and cottage overlook Chulu and Pisang peak, with possible have lunch stop before Upper Pisang and then ascend to Upper Pisang village for overnight another hour and half. Lodge Overnight. Included meal: (B,L,D).

Day 05: Trek to Manang 3540m 6-7 hours.

Today we continue all the way through the drier upper part of the Manang district, after leaving Upper Pisang, we have an alternate trails north and south of the Marsyangdi River which meet up again at Mungji Village. The southern route following by Hongde village with Manang district airport, at 3325m involves less climbing than the northern route via Ghyaru 3660m, though there are excellent views on the trail that follows the northern bank of the river. From Mungji village, the trail continues past the charming but partially out of sight village of Braga at 3475m to nearby Manang 3540m. Lodge Overnight. Included meal: (B,L,D).

Day 06: Acclimatization day

Acclimatization day must increase altitude than overnight same place (climb high sleep low). We can hike Gangapurna Glacier which is situated at around 4000m or 100 lama Monastery which is situated at 3800m, after this activities back to Manang  visit old village and bakery café. Lodge Overnight.  Included meals (No)

Day 07: Trek to Yak Kharka 4110m. 3-4 hours.

After a good acclimatizing day at Manang, walk towards Tenki Manang, Ghunsang village with short uphill to get to at Yak Kharka, an attractive walk with views of snowy mountains, on crossing a small stream getting Yak Kharka for overnight stop, a little village with views of Gangapurna and Annapurna range. Lodge Overnight.  Included meals (B,L,D)

Day 08: Trek to Thorang Phedi 4450m 3-4 hours.

After Yak Khaarka morning walk lead to more high elevation getting closer at the base camp of Thorang la pass after crossing a bridge with a climb uphill the river bank of Jarjung tea shop, after tea shop finally walk leads to Thorung Phedi there is some rock fall risk we have to take care for that. Lodge Overnight.  Included meals (B,L,D)

Day 09: Trek to Muktinath 3800m via Crossing Thorang La 5416. 8-9 hours.

Today is our hardest day of this trek, after early breakfast way leads to Thorung La pass 5416m, the climb steeply that is regularly used and easy to follow. However, the problem may arise due to the altitude and snow. It often causes of problem to cross the pass if it is covered by snow and ice that’s why we are recommending Micro spikes or Yakrrax. About four hours climb up to the pass marked by the Chortens (stupa) and prayer flags. As you reach the top, you are satisfied by the magnificent view from the top then with long descends to reach at holy Muktinath, a scenic holy temple for together Hindus and Buddhists the word Muktinath means Nirvana or Liberation. Day 10: Drive to Tatopani 1200m. 6-7 hours.

Drive on dirt road passing villages Kagbeni, Eklebhatti, Jomsom, Marpha, Tukuche, Kobang, Lete Kalopani,  Ghasa, Rupse Chahara and Dana,  a scenic drive with following old trekking route passing through world deepest gorge Kali Gandaki. Tatopani means Hot Spring village the valley is pretty constricted and it is pretty warm climate and vegetation, Tatopani is another attraction is nice village with great hot spring pools just by the bank of the river Kali Gandaki. Day 11: Trek to Ghorepani 2850m.  7-8 hours.

Today we are heading uphill with steep climb then with steady up all the way through dense forest to reach at Sikha a large Poon village full of cultivated well organized terraces growing like, wheat, buckwheat, barley, Potato, maize, millets and many types of vegetable, than walk continues into the cool forested areas with farm fields to Chitre village and then an hour ascend to Ghorepani village with incredible views of Mt. Dhaulagiri and Annapurna South with Vhara-Shikar with Annapurna range. Ghorepani one of the well famous and popular for hike to Poon Hill a view point presenting super large angle views of world’s three over 8000m peaks and range of other mountains with outstanding sunrise and sunset. Day 12: Trek to Ulleri 1800m drive to Pokhara 900m 5-6 hours.

Early in the morning a 45 min hike up to Poon Hill at 3200m for wonderful sunrise views over display of mountains like, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna’s range, Mt. Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Mt. Machhapuchare (Fish Tail), Bhara Shikhar and Lamjung Himal. After Poon Hill and breakfast walk through lovely rhododendron forest with all the way descend to Ulleri village than we take jeep to Pokhara. Hotel Overnight.  Included meals (B,L)

Day 13: Drive back to Kathmandu. 5-6 hours.

After early morning breakfast get to the tourist bus park than by bus scenic drive to Kathmandu. Evening will have great calibration of our trek last day with delicious steak at Steak House.  Hotel Overnight.  Included meals (D)

From Besisahar to Pokhara, I m not really good trekker, I do this trek just for fun but I can tell Eco Tourism Adventure is was unbelievable I did it with a friend (Mich) and with a good guide calls Domi.
